The Third Way Company ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit thethirdwaycompany.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors, prospective clients, and anyone who contacts us through the Site.

Information we collect

We collect minimal information. When you browse the Site, our hosting and analytics providers automatically receive standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you visit. This data is used to keep the Site running, diagnose problems, and understand aggregate usage. If you contact us — by scheduling a call through our booking link, sending us a message through the contact form on our contact page, or emailing us directly — we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, and the content of your message.

Our free tools run entirely in your browser and never require an email address. Two optional exceptions: if you ask us to email you a tool's report, we receive your email address and the report text as it stood when you asked — used only to send that reply; and if you subscribe to our newsletter from the tools pages, we receive your email address for that monthly email only. Both are single opt-in: an unticked box that names the exact purpose, which you tick yourself. We do not add tool users to the newsletter or any other list.

How we use information

We use the information described above to operate and maintain the Site, respond to your enquiries, provide information about our services, and improve our content. We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Site may use essential cookies needed for security and performance (including the functional bot-prevention check on the contact form), and first-party analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4, advertising features off) to measure traffic and tool usage. Sharing and sub-processors

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Site and our business — for example our hosting provider (Cloudflare, which also runs the bot-protection check on our contact form), our scheduling tool (Calendly), our email delivery provider (Resend, which carries contact-form messages to our inbox), and our analytics provider (Google, via Google Analytics 4 with advertising features off). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies — the current list is published on our sub-processors page. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Retention and security

Technical browsing data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above, typically in aggregated form. Communications with us are retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our ongoing relationship. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
